no he cannot be evicted from the White House until "At the federal level, Article Two of the United States Constitution states in Section 4 that "The President, Vice President, and all civil Officers of the United States shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors."

If he patently violates the emoluments clause (that is, personally profits off the presidency) of the Constitution, that would be solid high crime
