COULD THIS BE FUNGUS? HELP

Hello there growers

This is my first grow

First of all its been a wonderfull journey so far. But not an easy one. When my seed sprouted to surface, there was a membrane holding the seedling on itself and preventing it to open upwards. To help her free herself, I got her really wet and and then did some surgery to free her from the membrane. Afterwards she opened herself and turned up to received light. But now that she is open there are two white dots on her leafs. Is this normal? Could it be fungus? Here are some pictures:

Another case of loving your seedling to death. A lot of new growers are helicopter parents. It's too wet, let that moisture dry off and see what happens. Keep it uncovered-what lights do you have it under? Here is a good germination guide https://www.mandalaseeds.com/Guides/Germination-Guide
I would give it some time to dry off before you start treating it with anything.

So it is fungus? After she dries off I must treat her for fungus?
