Cops just saw my plants, what do you think?

Unless you're willing to do the time...don't hesitate...chop those bitches. There are no guarantees they will be back but do you really want that in the back of your mind? Just get your card and let this be a lesson. You can do it legally...why take that chance?

i would get rid of them legal or not, 4 plants is not worth a charge or going to jail over trust me, if youget this charge for 4 plants it will literally followe you around for the rest of your life, a few ozs isnt worth it, not only that but once you get thrown into the system, good fucking luck getting out of it.

I had two akron ohio cops that came to arrest me on a warrant and they saw my plants and lights and all they did was look at each other and said you have enough trouble then asked me if I trusted anybody (my roommates)to leave keys with so they could be watered not a joke or lie this really happened I cant give too many details as I don't want the two officers to get reprimanded.they also left my pipes alone and a half burned joint too.i wouldn't worry your in a medical state they prob think its legit. the cops have real crime to deal with.but in all reality if you don't have a medical card chop them ladies down or move them to a trustworthy location.i got arrested a year ago for cultivation and it has been a nightmare ever since. im on probation until 2016 btw, if they do come back,be cool with them my arresting detective talked the judge down from $50,000 bond to $7,500 bond so I could get out of jail ohio law different but cops are same everywhere so be cool.dont narc just be helpful to yourself if it goes that way.

Even if you were doing lines off an illegal immigrants ass while waiving your black market AK in the air when they came in. They probably would have taken you to jail but you would walk out the same day and the charges would never stick.

They were probably discussing if they can see the plants or smell them without being inside the yard so they could attempt to pursue you.

Find a collective in your area, allot of good people will rescue plants in need of a temporary or permeate home.

I don't know where you get your information. They didn't just bust into his backyard without a warrant for no reason. If there is a crazy psycho running through your neighborhood, and he runs into your house, and into your illegal grow room with the cops just behind him, they DO NOT need a warrant to enter your house, and anything they find they can use against you.

Even if they didn't do anything immediately, what is to stop them from coming back later with a warrant? The plants are outside, it will be very easy to convince a judge to sign off on a search warrant for something that is out in the open. I'm sure that they could find enough probable cause to get a search warrant now that they are fully aware of it.

Either got some big balls, a tiny brain, or both, growing outside but not guerrilla without papers and a wall short enough that some lady and the fat cops can hop over it.....

legal to grow out side ? if so they could give a shit less, at most they looked at them saying we need to get into this free money. if illegal get rid of them asap

I did end up keeping the plants and the cops never returned. I kept a copy of my sister's medical marijuana card in the backyard near the plants. Thanks for all the input. I for sure am getting me a card before I grow again. Definitely not worth the stress and worry.
