coop gardens in washington can have 45 plants max and up to ten patients

NEW SECTION. Sec. 403. (1) Qualifying patients may create and participate in collective gardens for the purpose of producing, processing, transporting, and delivering cannabis for medical use subject to the following conditions:
(a) No more than ten qualifying patients may participate in a single collective garden at any time;
(b) A collective garden may contain no more than fifteen plants per patient up to a total of forty-five plants;
(c) A collective garden may contain no more than twenty-four ounces

this is page 14 of the new legsilation

This means that multiple patients and/or caregivers can collectively pool their plant count to reach a total of 45 at one grow location without going over the 1 patient per caregiver law. This does not allow individual patients or caregivers to grow 45 plants.

hmm sounds like seven hour doesnt understand how legal interpretation is used in our society. and since dispensaries are not specifically outlawed, and no more than one person is caregivin for at once, they are legal in the eyes of the law, which is why there are so Fing many of them all over this state. and they have business licenses

Dispensaries are not, and never have been, considered legal in WA. Local law enforcement might let them exist without prosecuting them to gain tax revenue, but they are NOT legal. 5073 further complicated things by enforcing a 15 day waiting period between patients. So now, they are even more illegal. A fair number of dispensaries have been raided in this state already and that number will continue to increase over time. Any individual city can extinguish dispensaries any time they want and dispensary owners will have no legal recourse.

Co-ops are only legal within the Seattle city limits....it states no more than 15 plants per person... 45 plant total....So you need atleast 3 poeple with MMJ cards for a 45 plant Co-op

Currently, 51 dispensaries have Seattle business licenses, with at least a dozen more that are underground, according to city staff...that 51 legal busineses paying taxes

Yes you have to have paperwork for 3 or more people to have 15 plants in the garden, it does also state that a caregiver is not necessarily someone who grows weed, therefore you can have one person legally growing 45 plants, as long as part of the distribution is handled by a seperate caregiver,

if you take your eyes to the bottom of page 14 in the NEW law you will see that in fact coops are LEGAL all over the state, SEATTLE,WA is just the first city to openly and unanimously decide to fully license them and regulate them,
