Cooling a 40'x40' area.......

I've got a great opportunity to move into a 40x40 area. My main concern right now is cooling. Starting off I won't be able to utilize the entire area, but I will grow (excuse the pun) into it. Pricing to have central air was out of my budget mainly because of the vaulted ceilings (30ft). Swamp cooler is what I can afford. I know humidity is a huge problem, but I'm in Colorado where it's very dry and I've heard of lots of other growers out here do swamp coolers.

The other idea I had was to tent off each area and use portable A/C. That way I'm not cooling the high ceiling.

So my question is what would you do if you had you're ideal setup and also what you'd do if you were on a limited budget?

40ftX40ft and a limited budget do not mix hahaha.. if your on a limited budget i would use a 1/4 of it. to fill that whole room your looking at 36,000k+ in watts. and thousand$$$ in ventalation. you would need a commercial electricity account, and the list goes on etc.. check out SUBLBC channel on youtube or here on RIU hes got a pretty extensive grow.
