Cool Tubes for 16 to 24 - 600 watt lights ducting question

I am making a grow room where I will have between 8 - 12 trees (probably 9). I want to use 600 watt lights and cool tubes. Here is the flowering layout:

O O O O
X X X
O O O O
X X X
O O O O
X X X
O O O O

X = Plants
O = Lights

I will have only half of the lights on at a time. The cool tubes are 8" and I need to push/pull the exhaust through a carbon filter. How many fans will I need? This is being grown in a trailer home and I think I should run duct work on the floor and ceiling. Any help on this is appreciated. The room will have CO2 and will be sealed. I am toying with the idea of creating 2 separate ceiling duct runs on the ceiling and have 2 - 8 or 10 inch duct fans to pull the hot air out of the ceiling ducts.

Personally I would skip the tubes and go barebulb in a sealed room with co2 and a big ass split ac unit. Cooltubes (in my exp) can actually hold and radiate heat with the glass and blocking about 10% of your light... And its blocking uv which is proven to increase potency, so using the glass has many drawbacks.

This is how I would have it,,, I would just do many replicas of my current system... Kinda like this...

ya id skip the tubes.. for wat its worth.. get a bigger aC an environmental controller instead of all the cool tubes.. and a few big exhausts and ull really have much better results... tubes have there place if its impossible to cool that room.. but if its either tubes or a big ac and controller.. ur going to end up gettn better yields barebulb.
