Cooking With Fresh Buds?

im guessing you could cook fresh bud in oil and get the thc molecules to dissolve in the oil, and use that oil to cook.

don't know how potent it'd be---but hey if you got the budz and are that eager....why not?

you still might wanna chop all the bud up finely.

Whether it's dried or not has more to do with smokability than potency. It'll work for cooking.. in theory.

oil + moisture = hard to work with. Butter aint too bad with moisture though coz u throw in a bit of water anyhows when making cannabutter so yeh.

is it possible to use freshly clipped buds to cook with? any feedback would be appreciated
fresh buds (Straight off the plant or just fresh from the man) are fine to use (I use nothing but bud just because thats what available to my ghetto east coast ass) just stick em in the oven at 175*f for 20ish minutes and theyll be dried out enough to grind into powder if you wanted to leave the plant matter in the product. other then that, just break it up good so you have maximum surface area on your plant matter for the butter or oil to get into. go about as usual and enjoy!:weed:

(Side note to the 175*f and the oven dealy, i know theres some way to toss your ganj in the oven at a certain temp that makes the THC in the plant matter more potent, however i have not researched nor attempted this method so if you find it, and fry your budds to death dont come yellin my way)
