Cooking Videos

I have two movies on cooking with marijuana and was wondering if I was allowed to post movies in here that people can download. One is called Pot and Pans, and the other is Cooking with Marijuana (gourmet meals that get you stoned). I wasn't sure of the rules so I will ask first.
