Converting Cloners to grow full plants / What are your thought on this design

hello

i am new to aeroponics but like many of you i have done a lot of research and collected as much intel as i possibly can.

getting right to it i wanted a system that can grow a lot of plants without taking too much space, the ones i found all have very small pot holes and i do not want the reason my first aero grow fails due to plant suffocation.

I decided i will take a 84 gallon cloner system which has 15 sprayers add a high pressure pump and re-model the pot holding base from a 2-3cm pot holder to a 10cm "4 inches" with a 3 cm spacing between each plant.

The dimensions of the system will be
L120cm
W68cm
H47cm

Giving me a total of around 84 gallon res space that will also have a air pump to keep the water below bubbling. I have added some mock ups and the original cloner so you can get a jist to what I'm trying to accomplish

Please give all your thought and opinions

Looks good to me. If you decided to use a high pressure pump, you may want to consider switching out those spray nozzles to a higher pressure nozzle. ...And then I would buy a timer that could control your pump down to the second. I'd suggest around 5-10 seconds on, every few minutes or so. The pump, timer & nozzles would set ya back about $175 though. You could always keep the nozzles & go with a low (normal) pressure pump, but with higher throughput.

I've done a bit of digging and have found out the the size of the pot holes have no effect on the plant. my main reason for modification was to help the plants with ventilation but i guess they could to with a but of spacing.

Regarding the pup and sprayers, if i was to leave them the way thy are would this have sufficient power to circulate and touch all the roots of the plants (i just thought having something more powerful would increase the mist there for covering more space)

Aslo another theory is the sprayers are too close to the plants ? or does this not matter

thanks for the reply @Mike Young

I drilled out 2" holes into my ezclone120 and used it as a veg area, adding 2" net pots ...worked well but the close spacing of my 3x2 design was made it only usable for 1 week then it gets too hecktic.
With ur idea it should work fine,I Recomend using less holes though...

You may have to change out the sprayers unless the high pressure pump can deliver the combined flowrate of all 15. If they are 30gph each, you`ll need a 450gph hp pump ;)
