confused about which way to go

I will attempt to explain my situation, but im unsure about what is the best next step.

I am soil growing with ff oceans forrest and all ff nutes.

I have currently overwatered my tangerine dream. Today is start of 3rd week flowering. Now to backtrack a couple weeks: I started flower in a 10 inch pot when she reached 18inches tall, but after a week, I didnt feel that the pot wasnt big enough. So I transplanted to a 14in about a week after I flushed the soil...about a week after starting cycle.

Shortly after transplant, I got some spidermites trying to set in. so last week when I saw the signs and the lil vampires themselves, I sprayed with insecticidal soap. Well this past friday I saw some wilting and the pot felt kinda light, so I watered all the way through. Now just about all leaves are wilting, except for the tops on two main branches. So she is well abused at this time.

So now im wondering, do I toss the now 28in tall lady and start over witha clone taken prior to abuse? Or should I putback into grow cycle and see if she puts out some healthy new growth? OR!!! Do I cut back the affected branches and then put back into grow hoping again for some sufficent new growth?

Im sure they are all time consuming choices but maybe one is better than the other two. Also, I feel like if I try to finish her and for whatever reason, she falls short of my expectations, I will then wonder if it did that due to the abuse?

Thanks for your time and input

Should have explained my halfass setup...single room with one 400w hps....clone box built in same small room...if I had room to let the clones get some height, I would....but since I dont have the room to do that, I cant really....thinking if all else fails and the plant reaches the light, I would just lay her on her side and see how that goes.

I am my own worst enemy lol

If my outdoor had not been found this year, I would have plenty and time wouldnt be a concern....but im getting low dammit...lol

How long does it take before she starts recovering from a bad case of shock? I dont wanna get ax-happy on her if im not seeing signs of improvements

LOL don't worry so much> Just treat it like a plant don't over do it relax and breath lol and give her a week you can start some clones to if your worried but wait a weak first. I would anyway. PS a pic would really help

what stress reliever do you use??

I know I rant on about it but Superthrive is the dogs bollox, use it every feed (a few drops), you won't regret it. Ebay £15

As killercron said, give her time, she wil come back.

TD by the way, beautiful smoke if you do it right. Shout me if ya want a few tips on bringing the best out of her, ya can't rush her.

well its a little later than I said...but here are the pics of my two main branches after the water-boarding took place....she has 4 branches but the two lower ones are right pathetic in my inexperienced opinion....I forgot to mention that she did suffer an episode of stretching as I may have moved the light up a tad bit more than I should have, but when she was growing outside, before whoever found them(pretty sure it was "THE MAN"), there was some considerable distance between nodes...not to mention I can live with the stretching, although I dont think she can handle much more abuse.

...MrMeanGreen, I am always open to suggestions on how to better my grow...will send you a pm, unless you want to throw your ideas up here....also, I do not currently use any stress reliever...only some pineapple express on a daily basis (THANKS TO THE MAN!!!!!)...lol....I will hit up a nursery maybe today on my lunch break and see if they have anything on the shelf

mrmeangreen is right thrivealive is da shit use it every water an she will not get burnt as easy an will not wilt as quick, also liquid karma is damn good pretty sure it has silicant only knew thing ive used n u see what looks to be trichs in the rez n in the tray but thats great for plant cell walls. Also start letting ur soil dry a little more before watering, but as everyone is saying give her time. good luck have a growtastic day

Well after checking in this morning, I am sad to announce that I chopped her down and starting over with a clone taken prior to water boarding. The new growth was fucked as well as everything below it :( this sucks as I noticed how low my jar is really getting lol....but I feel a full recovery would probably take linger than the clone will.

Thanks to you all for your words of encouragement and suggestions....hopefully the next pics I upload wont be so graphic

That plant doesn't look just horribly overwatered, it looks it was also overfed. You are over-loving your plants! Stop that shit, it's a fuggin' weed. If you are growing in soil, make it MUCH simpler on yourself on the next go around. Start in a small cup with something like Happy Frog with no nutrients in it, when it's about 3-4 weeks old and it just starts to yellow, transplant to a bigger pot with FFOF or some other nutrient rich soil for it to live in. That will get you another 3-4 weeks of growth before you need any nutrients. After about 3 weeks the plants should be getting bigger and stronger and you can start feeding at 1/4 strength. Move to 1/2 strength a week later, and then creep up from there or leave it at 1/2 strength the first go around.

Then all you have to do is watch your ph, and watch your watering schedule. For the first 2 weeks I only water once per week, then it goes to twice a week and by about week 8 I'm finally at every other day. From there I usually still go water-water-feed, but if the plant starts to look a little more hungry I'll switch first to water-feed, then I'll bump up to 3/4 strength on the nutes for particularly hungry strains.

GL on your next one...
