Looking for suggestions on light configuration over a 4x4 tray for vegging. It will be 3x75 watt 3590s. They only veg to about 12" or so for sog. If anyone can point me in the right direction or any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

This is (4) over a 3x3 at roughly the watts you state but I built this for flower:

My suggestion as @robincnn put it to me, you can't dim up past your max, but if you have too much light you can dim it down.

In all honesty, if it's just for veg I would save some $$ and go with something from citizen or Vero.............. I'm going to run (4) Citi's for my veg tent as well but not that many watts each would just be a waste really IMO. If you really want to push them hard then maybe go with a couple of Citi 1825's @100W each? Like I said for veg I just don't see the point.

Cheers! :bigjoint:

Why 3. Would be so much easier to work with 4.

Ignore next line..
Unless we can make a quantum lamps. Then we will be not sure where the lamps are at any given moment of time. They will magically appear and disappear all over the tent and provide very even coverage.

HLG 240-1750 or HLG 320-2100 with 4x 3590 or 4xciti 1212's
HLG 240-1050 or HLG 320-1400 with 4x citi 18xx

I think 4 cobs at 50 watts would give better coverage and be more efficient. Gain about 10 par watts..good luck!
