Confederate Flag Wavers = Traitors

And what about people repping Irish flags? Why should the population of farm workers be submitted to abuse just for being proud of their heritage. They are in fact more true americans than the people flying confederate flags.

how does one rationalize it being ok to fly a racist flag to "harm" other citizens who are just proud of who they are? who thought of this crap
More true Americans? What does that mean? As far as someone who flies the flag with the intent to harm someone, I'm inclined to feel it is that intent not the flag that is racist and hateful.

They have the right to rep it but you are not privy to all the facts about the situation and making blanket statements about groups is, well, ignorant at best.

The VAST majority of those flying the Mexican flag at the protests over school board elections were not field workers. Most of their PARENTS weren't farm laborers either. Yes, they had the right to fly their flag if they chose and so did my friends.

THEN you had the idiots that were taunting and promising to "reclaim California for Mexico without firing a shot" while waving their flags of choice.

Who was instigating here?

History can teach great lessons. War is terrible but that does not mean it has no lesson to learn from. Our society needed to evolve beyond slavery - the civil war helped us do that. I would have preferred a different way to do it but it's our history. I also have American revolution items - a Betsy Ross flag among them. George Washington was a war commander too, are you upset when you see his face on the dollar bill or quarter?
yeah dude, i dont like money. its kind of my "thing" ive been tryin to preach lately. Diogenes principles.

have a good look in the mirror. realize you are a bad person. grow the fuck up.

was it not stated they flew the confederate flag "as a response"...a response to what? you cannot comprehend these ideas so stop trying.
they are proud of southern heritage and the mexicans are proud of southern heritage what is the difference?

I grew up in the first Capital of california ( its not sac ). There is a mass native american grave site near the park filled with statues of "important" people. Tourists have no clue they are drinking wine walking over gravesites. I actually went to school with descendants of the war generals. They are an extremely nice family, and one of em even dated a mexican girl for a while.

California is already pretty much mexico, because it always was to begin with. We got their gangs, etc. Police up here even accept mexican ID as real ID.

wow. looking online, there are websites now saying incorrectly what the first capital of california actually was, that is very interesting. disinformation wow

Every crime and atrocity commited in America was ultimately commited under the American flag, so do we ban it as well?

i come up with both San Jose and Monterey claiming first capital. i thought it was San Jose.
i know. they are wrong. its kind of strange. it was actually the location of the most northern mission that was the first capital. the whole bear flag revolution thing.
