Complex designs in the future.. Little advice

Hello, all. I'm still a noob to the forum but i've been off growing my plants, learning and trying different thing. I'm currently on my 3rd grow and things are going great. My first grow i screwed up and overfed and dramatically reduced my yield from what it would've been. Ok. Then srcond grow i got an infestation of gnats from a bag of soil. I got it under control but seriously stressed and hurt my ladies. They are in my 5x5 tent flowering now. After a lot of research ive decided to take a stab at hydro.. I got a titan controls flo n gro system and things are going great. I have 4 pineapple chunk and 5 greenhouse lemon skunk clones vegging right now getting huge under some t5s in my 2.5x5 tent. I am going to be taking clones in weeks and from these clones i am going to take one mother and put her into her of single pot hydro system in a 2x2 tent.

1. With this mother in the 2x2 tent, what type of lighting should i use? I was thinking a 2 ft. 6 bulb HO t5 or a 150w metal halide.

2. I am going to be flowering my clones in about 3 weeks under 2 180 leds from advanced leds. After this grow i plan on moving the flow n gro to the bigger tent and spacing it out a bit. Ill then make a new flood table design with the 2.5x5 tent. My question is this: i want to ultimately have a shelf system where there is one 2x4 flood table about 5 inches to the ground being controlled by a controller bucket. I know it sounds strange, but if you actually imagine the design, its easily feasable and will work. I want to have another shelf about 2.5-3 feet above that with another control bucket and 2x4 flood table. I will be vegging and flowering with 2 180w led lights on each shelf. Each table will be scrogged so the lights will stay about 15" from the canopy. The questions i have are should i use the same reservoir for both tables? I was thinking of getting a big 70gal barrel and have that supply both control buckets and flood tables. And since i want to do these shelves, is there a more efficient way to go? I could only imagine doing controller buckets because i want the flood table so low to the ground. Also i know many people are still skepticle that leds are up to par. Well advanced led lights make good lights that work ive flowered a plant in my first grow and it yielded great even for being burnt. BUT if anyone has a better idea for lighting, please share your thoughts. I know the

Also any advice, tips, suggestions, thoughts and questions are very welcome.
