Compact Fluorescent's Help

hi im new at growin i need help i have 3 compact fluorescents light bulbs one is 20 watt the other is 30watt and the last one is 40watt all of them have a seprate lamp and all of them are pointing at the pot do i have enough light to grow 1 plant just one thnx
