Commercial growroom

So. I'm European employer, and I think about moving to America and open medical cannabis growing.. thing. ? Im new to cannabis commercial growing.. I have grown few plants for self needs - white widow, ak-48,super silver haze and some random seeds.. So, I know how this all is going, but I need some information about commercial growing.. How this is going?
Tell me please.. As much as I know, 600w HPS lamps is most efficient.. But how about medical cannabis? Maybe it need different type lighting? I have watched few videos about medical cannabis, but bassicaly there's nothing important in those videos.. How about licenses? Pretty much I need main imformation about medical cannabis growing...
And, last week I was in Salem(Oregon), and I was looking for propety, and now I dont even understand how many rooms I need.. And stuff like that.. Or maybe I should hire some specialist.. but this is so interesting to me.. It's like my hobby, and I want to do it myself.

the first thing you need to figure out will be the laws of the state you want to be in, each state has its own set of laws, so a lawyer who knows a little about what is going on and help guide you through the paper work would be a good idea,
how big do you want your grow to be will be the next question with your goals and business objective will be the next thing,
then design building power ,cooling, air flow, humidity control, then the experience to produce crops,
it takes a lot of hard work, a lot of knowledge and a liberal application of money,

About laws.. Yea.. and about licenses too.. Im going to hire lawyer.. Decided it..

About my business objectives.. Well.. About that I'll be okay, thanks. And about money.. Of course it needs money, haha But yea, questions was more practical, not theoretical.. I'm more interested in how these medical marihuana growing farms is working.. I know how to grow weed, of course, it's my hobby number one, but I know exactly ZERO about commercial grows.. Especially medical marihuana, where grower must grow some specific strains with highet CBD, i guess so..
Anyway, okay guys, I will think a bit, and at end, I guess, I'll just hire some medical marihuana growing specialist or something like that.. Or just commercial grower.. Well, whatever, thanks for trying to help me, and I'll stay at this forum just for discussing about homegrowing

look at craigslist.org for denver colorado. business for sale section. that will give you an idea of the capital you will need. there is lots of red tape to wade thru. better have a clean background too as far as felonies, etc. in colorado, it's not as easy as 1-2-3 and you are done.

I would do it in California. Less red tape. Just need money and expertise to get started. Also waaaayyy better weather. I'm doing a spring harvest with plants that went out today from my mother room. And the laws are getting better. And no big state taxes just on the weed. I own a delivery service. Run a coop and grow 7 days a week. We sell clones, plants, weed and everything you make from weed. Extracts. Can go into extract business. Great room for growth.

First off get your cash or credit line in order , when i opened my 1st shop i started with $180,000 US , within 18 months i had nearly $300,00 into the store front & the commercial buliding for the grow & equipment costs , the 2nd store took close to $200,000 to get going the right way , within 3 yrs i had allmost $500,000 into both shops , my life savings at 60 yrs old .

You can do it cheaper by renting store space but plan on massive sq ft rent costs , commercial landlords see dollar signs when you tell them your gonna open a mj dispensary , its more economical to purchase your own bldgs .

Money is the biggest issue no matter what state you pick , then you need a doctor on staff & that costs , lawyer fees & accounting add up quickly as well , count on your 1st 90 days in operation costing you money , it takes a while before you become profitable , its a dream of many , me included but its a sleazy world for the most part & lotsa cut throat businessmen , im happy to have sold my stores .
