Commercial growing license?

I'm moving to Southern California in a few years and I want to get a license to grow 99 plants and sell to a dispensary. I have been looking into it and some people say its a scam and others say its legit. Can somebody clear this up for me?

Ya you can grow 99 plants out here easy just go to a medical marijuana doctor and tell him you need to grow your own weed to save money or whatever and you want to get the 99 plant rec and thats it but just to let you know if its not really good its a wast of time because the investment is alot and the clubs wont pay you enough if its not high quality and a really good og strain

It is a waste . Prop 215 The plant limits were amended that no one can tell you how much medicine you need as long as you can prove it in court. Second off there isn't many dispensaries left . Third off the man likes to bust grows that big. You need to make a collective. That means all you need is the Recs to cover the amount your growing and maybe register with the state which I don't advise. You really need to do some homework and not just a dream.
