Collectives growing in house product

how does a collective track in house product? If you buy from a vendor say an OZ for 200 you would write an invoice up for 200 to the provider..right? so if a collective grows say an OZ and wants to put it out on the shelf do they also write up an invoice for theirselves? being that the grower for the collective is going to be a member that way there is still written record of the transaction from plant to shelf? make sense?

You should invoice it just like you would any other vendor, as you would all patients of the collective.

Well if you don't write an invoice for all bud then you'll get into trouble.

Buying an oz from a vender isn't as common as you think.

Some places have their own suppliers selling solely to them and they would just record each plants data from seed to dry weight. Then they can ship to distributer and get paid after it sells.

Or for tax reasons write up the bulk net cost. Which would be $x per lb.

But dispensaries can make $x+v. V being profits made on single doses which would not be in bulk price.

If it's coming from your house I would just write an invoice saying who it was purchased from and how much. And then get paid the minimum and then if it is good and makes more money see if you can get a bonus or something which would be something else, maybe just a second invoice not to complicate things.
