Cooperatives operated by individuals invested in bringing cannabis to consumers at the highest quality and with the greatest level of information are leading the front on showing how this system can work. They pay taxes and are subject to all requirements on sale of produce. This is an herbal medicine that provides euphoric feelings and should be treated as such. Placing constraints beyond age, quantity, and non driving are simply extra and limiting of the industry.
