Cold issue??

Hi everyone!

I was complaining the other month it was to hot...now its to cold! Ha :(

The situation now is that in my room the temp is only reaching 22 degrees C...but ive put my 400W HPS' near canopy level so obviously it will be hotter and they will be more comfortable no?

Ive got an sms twin fan controller so the fan speed is on bare minimum at the minute. Will i be ok or do i need a heater would you recommend? The strain is idica so there used to cooler weather anyway arnt they?

It usually takes a lot of equipment to be able to have a system that you can dial in a temp and its gonna be spot on so for everyone else I wouldnt worry about it. Anywhere between 18c-27c/ 65F -81F should be ok . When you stray from these temps grows stops/slowes and or burns.

Thanks for that brother! I was thinking of getting a portable heater for the outside of the tent so the intake would be dragging hotter air in therefore making the room hotter. Dont think theres any point now!

i've had the same problem lately. A couple of weeks ago i was struggling to keep my cab below 81f, now it's gotten a little colder outside, i'm running at 71f with the door almost closed fully. Last year it got real cold in November toward the end of a grow. it was 50f just as the lights came on and avg about 67f with lights on so i got an old computer, just the box, and stuck it in the cab and powered it on 24hrs a day, it kept the temps a good 10f degrees higher than without. got some nice buds ouut of it harvested 3 weeks before christmas :D

Thats actually not a bad idea, but i gonna get a fan heater for the outside of the room to let the intake drag the warmer air in. Thanks for the advice :)
