cold grow box quick question cfl or hps

hey guys i just build myself a 30inx16inx77in tall and during the winder it will have the box in the very low temps would it be appropriate to put a 400w hps without a cooltube? then some cfls along the side to keep the temps in the decent range is there a risk of a fire? there will be a fan right above where the hps would be hung taking the hot air out would thhis work?

you will need a cooltube absolutely , that space is just to small... or just rig some glass below your light and put an exhaust fan rite below your light on the door.
