This first post is just a little story about how this started.
Well, i was visiting my parents one weekend. In the evening i rolled up a joint from my bag of cheapish pot, and were sitting with a bunch of nice looking, black spotted hard seeds and thought it would be a shame just to throw them out. So i took a small empty plastic candy-can, and a handful of soil from my moms large outdoor tomato plants. I threw the soil into the can along with my 9-10 seeds and a small amount of water. Just to see what would happen, no plans of growing cannabis at that point. There weren’t any holes or anything in the can.
The next day i put it in my car when i was driving home, and placed them in a window when i arrived. I am living in a small apartment with only one window towards west, and with a large building blocking a lot of light, so there is actually only 4-5 hours of direct sunlight every day. but i placed the can there and didn’t think about it again before 5-6 days after.
When i peeked into the can there were about 9-10 healthy looking seedlings coming out of there, making me even more interested. In the next few days I repotted them into a larger pot, and carefully plucked the slowest seedlings until there were three left. I was of course aware that the 4-5 hours of light wasn’t enough, so after thinking and reading about it for a few days, getting more and more exited about growing, i decided to try and make myself a little grow box. I went out and bought a lot of stuff to make a cheap box, and since i am living in a place where and can’t get cfl bulbs that are higher than 20 watts, without paying a fortune for them, i ordered three 65w cfl bulbs from far away. Of course when they arrived 2 of them had broken. It annoyed me a lot, because at that point i had become very exited about the project, and really wished to see these plants grow into something. Well, it sent me into a long research and consideration about light, and eventually made me decide to buy a LED grow light, which sent me into a new long search for the best i could get for the money. Again, where i live (A small country in Europe) i would have to pay a fortune for a light that were of crappy quality anyway, so after a while i stumbled upon the Hans Panel 80 watt version, and even though i couldn’t afford it, i ordered one.
It arrived last week, and i built a nice little box to put it into. SO, here it started. Im gonna keep this grow running for these test girls(hopefully girls), and when they are drying, i’ll start a proper soilless scrog grow with Northern Soul(Northern Lights x Skunk#1) feminized seeds, coco with perlite, and canna coco a+b plus additional PK13-14 for flowering.

It really seems awesome to me also, though i am not very far in the process so i cant say to much yet.
