LOL, what are you talking about, how did you manage to get that idea from my post.

You said that the pH of your RO is 6.0, and I was clarifying how the pH for RO works.

I dont understand all the lingo or mumbo jumbo sorry ....but I just listen to my plants if that makes any sense . Im not tryin to sound dumb or be a dick. I use a GH drop tester for my ph and it falls on the scale of 6.0.

Cool bro, don't worry about it man. My bad for the confusion.

Anyways lets check out some shots of the ladies. I don't post too many pics here, as this is one of the more productive threads, but a few shots here and there of plants in coco is good for the thread. Just adds a bit of eye candy.

BTW what strain is that in your avatar, it looks really nice.

I see, one of the things I have learned is that looks can be very deceiving when it comes to cannabis flowers. BTW how are G13 labs, they are one of the less talked about. Damn I am getting off topic in the coco thread.

Feel free to reply in my thread or we can talk in your thread. I would like to see some g13 labs in action.

Alright I have to say this strain is DOPE! I received this cut from a friend. At first It was not my favorite. It was kinda slow getting started.. Killer Queen is a cross between (G-13 x C-99).. The cut I have is Lone Star's of Texas Resin Company.. I grew it in a 18 gallon container of a coco/perlite/vermi.. Vegged it for 45 days.. And cut it at 55 to 60 days into flower."I lost count of the days" but it a 55 to 60 dayer..

Here is the porn...

Guys just looking for a little advice. I need to screen my used coco to use again but Im not exactly sure how to go about it. I use a 20% of perilite mix with humbolts royal gold. Should I just pick thru it or what. Thoughts?

So I just came across this thread so I figured id share what I got going on.I had three small well what I thought were small blacks of coco given to me.I added water like it said and wow that stuff expands. So I dug a huge hole probably 4 feet deep and the size of a 5 gallon bucket and threw it in.I ended up planting my Lemon Skunk in it and man let me tell you what it took off.In two weeks it went from 16 inches to 40 inches.I will defiantly be using more in the future. This is her.The first pic is 6-10 the second is 6-24

@soul.. nope! is that for outdoor coco? that thing would/could be a BEAST indoor though. that much area to build roots right?

I am also on my first coco grow right now. 100% coco. Definitely like what I'm seeing, although I had a rocky start in veg due to some other distracting issues in life. But hey, its been nice. except the damn GNATS! ugh.

One question I have though. I have been spending some time reading a lot from Uncle Ben here on this site, and seeing the low value of N in the Canna A/B lineup makes me wonder about the NPK nute ratio here. UB clearly demonstrates, with experience and documentation, that N is important even through flowering. So here I am having just flipped, and am wanting to supplement my lineup with an extra boost of N. I was thinking of maybe grabbing Dyna-Gro or ordering some Jacks Classic. that shit looks (and sounds) like a cheap solid move.

I just ordered The jacks classic dynamic duo. I hear it works wonders in soil and air pots.

But using the other type of nitrogen, ammonia based, doesnt that then run the chance of ammonia based toxicity - since they plant cant really store it, like it can the urea based nitrogen? wouldnt this be counter-productive when doing coco?
