Ok they will remove this as soon as they see it is against their golden boys Sticky And Fuct. Sticky has a thread that says 3000 ppm is what he uses and some have said " in his system high ppms will work". Hmmmm! Just for example, I have read and seen where anything over 2000 is usually toxic to a plant, any plant. I have a very good brand name meter that is "Or" at 2000 ppm, this means "over rating". Now who are you going to listen to the science of people that make and live on the sales of a tool or a tool that live on a pot growing site??? The other reason they will cut me out quick is I kept saying that after 3 weeks a clone will not after 9 more in 12/12 produce one pound of bud now if you can grow 200 plants maybe but that is not his threads set up. Just for kicks. Don't Do the 3000 2000 ppm shit that Sticky says to do or some other lame ass morons on here that say start your plants at 2000ppm.... This is great advice! Also even if your blooming, very very healthy big plants do live on 2000ppm they will not be growing as well as they should and or would at a much lower level of nutes and if you buy your own nutes you can see how wasting money is just all you will get if you don't get dead girls.... Love and kisses to the girls that on riu willl delete this as soon as they come down and stop staring at gay porn.... Please pass this along because they cant kick everyone off... Free Speech. Truth! The american way.... Stop oppression, and lies, now!!! Peace and death......... :fire:
dude are you serious? really, are you? first thing, HATER, Al B Fuct didn't use coco, and neither does stinky, i think. but man c'mon. i don't know what experience you have or that you don't have growing. but i do know you need to have some respect. two fucking post and you want to discredit someone? man please, get real. and get the fuck out!

PEACE!!!

uh I have a coco question to put in this drama...

I got three gallon pots filled with nothing but coco, I am using canna coco with the whole line up of canna nute.

look at my roots popping out the bottom! is that too many, I put these plants in these pots 1 month ago and only plan on having them in there for 2 more months cuz its day 1 of flowering.
should I transplant or since im going hydro the roots can crowd up?

looks to me like you vegged in those pots. yes, no?. well imo for the fact that coco allows more oxygen to the roots, they are able to tunnel through that coco finding air and nutes real easy. so pretty much in a months time ,however big the pot is, you are going to be kinda close to being rootbound, or about three-quarters of the way there. that's why it is suggested with coco that you always pot up. for example with my plants while in cloning phase: a dixie cup, veg phase 1gal pot for 3-4 weeks, then i put it in a 3gal pot the day it goes into flower. that's just my way, but it works . and it eliminated for the extreme most part the problem of those roots coming out of the seep holes, because i can start the root ball as close to the top as possible. that's why i switched to the smaller 4-5oz. bathroom cups to see how they do. hope that helps, by the way your plants look nice and healthy, that means you have a lot of roots in that bucket. i wish i could see how those roots looked if you decide to repot them. anyway i'm out.

P.S.did you mean: three 1gal pots, or three 3gal pots?

"3" three gallon pots. I started in 1 gallon pots. and 25 days ago I transplanted them into these pots I think they are bigger than 3 gallons tho. any way I heard that put a plant in a 3 gallon pot if you plan on having it in there for three months.

i think i have heard that too, not sure though. yea i can see in comparison to the fan as far as the size of the pots. like i said maybe next time just try vegging in a smaller pot. cause with the way those cannabis roots growyou are not going to be able to really get away with a 3gal pot for three months for veg and flower, just my opinion. man most of the roots are made during veg. so just imagine your childhood room that you grew up in as a child. well as you got older you desired to have ,and NEEDED to have more space. that's why we move out get apartments, and homes so we can spread our wings and fully mature, and develop into the person we want to be. well dude, let your plants spread their wings, and fullfil their destiny to be the best bud it can be, for you. i look at it like this: CLONING=adolescence/childhood, VEG=pre-teen/teenage years, and FLOWER=adulthood/declining years.
all in all you can keep them in one pot, but you are probably going to always have that problem. by the way just keep an eye on them an keep thos roots growing out of your pot trimmed.

Does anyone have experience with the grodan coco croutons? There the only one's I seem to be able to find. I'm gonna be doing it in a cap ebb and gro with the cns17 nutes. If anyone knows of any better brands and where to get them that would be helpful.

2 Purple Urkle, 2 God's Gift, 2 Grape Punch almost 5 weeks along and 3 Odyssey almost 3 weeks in. 12L pots of Canna coco handwatered dtw in 4x6 tray under 1kwHPS with some dinky side lights fed Canna A+B and AN bloom supplements. definitely going to do some topping next time around and it sucks that 1 of my PU went runt (i'm still learning) but i'm grinning ear to ear everytime i stare at and sniff my plants...except the runt only gets normal grins.

btw jberry you're right - rhizo is better than b52 for sure, i was backwards.

So Ive been growing in an organic peat free compost with decent results, though I find it a bit over ferted, the only real prob I have is it dryes out very very fast, as I sog in small pots
so If I were to add 1 3rd coco coir to my mix, would this help retain the moisture a bit better, would it have any adverse affects to my mix?
thanks all

I have been pretty much feeding my indicas with every watering now around 750 ppm. and they are doing fine.

but i'm worried about not flushing, now that i just started flowering should I at least flush once, i'm using canna coco with canna coco nutes.

or do I not need to flush at all just water with plain water?

Thanks alot coco growers

you dont switch nutes.... since you keep using the A/B nutes for flower and veg, there is no reason to flush.....

dont do it. It will just hurt if anything.

i have done a few indoor soil grows..this is my first coco...i once thought i overnuted and flushed...WRONG thing to do ..from MY gatherings coco is neutral..therfore if you flush ..you wash out all of the beneficial things in your coco..the 1 out of 7 plants i flushed is the only light yellow leaf having plant i have ..it looked horrible after the flush (within 1 day ) and i hit her with a heavier dose of nutes than usual .alls well now..after all of that babbling..this is why i dont suggest flushing your coco..i guess unless your chopping real soon..peace

Some feedbadck plz guys and gals.
My clones are 10 days out of humidity today. I began my Lucas method from here on, 2mL a gallon of FNB, i am gonna use superthrive a drop a gallon every other watering, until flower. i have been giving them 35ml of water every day, since out of chamber, 1st week the received nothing but superthrive, and tap water. day 8 1/4tsp Floranova grow, 1/4 tsp floralicious plus, 1/2 tsp cal mag, and some superthrive. bout 500ppm after -160ppm for tapwater.

CHECK OUT THE ROOTS ON THESE BAD BOYS, 10 days old (+10 days in humidity chamber)and there roots are more impressive then any growth. This is exactly what i have been trying to do by daily watering, low amounts. In 10 Days i already have some roots starting to spiral in the cup. The top is definitly getting a little dry, i increased water to 50ml a day now. Am i already supposed to transplant? i mean this was the root mass of my previous grow, but it was about 3x the height?!

I watered one of the clones till i got run off today. he weighed about 350g when water came out, he wont be dry for about 4 days now but i needed a good idea of wats goin on.

My run off PH was perfect, 6.0 : ) 5.8 goin in
my PPMs were 1420 on the dot. Whats does this say? should i flush them all, is that wayyy to high? i dont see nute burn but is this responsible for pale appearance? i dont know what is up with the slow growth with this volume of roots, and also why are they so pale, i hope they take off soon!
Never had this happen before, could it be the 1/2 tsp of cal-mag i gave 1st feeding 5 days ago????

well have to see, they look very happy today, especially after their watering and a mist. Even my 2 slackers, are going well.

please take a look at the pics,Any IDEAS!!!??? i appreciate it

you might not need cal-mag..being that you using tap water...r/o water and the sorts have all of that stripped out..thats why i dont think you need it..i personally dont use a ppm meter..i just use almost a shotglass full of cns17 for coco formula..
