Hello I’m just looking for some opinions on feeding for the first 3 weeks from seed . This is my first coco run .

Just looking for a simple formula in terms of mLs/Gal that is safe in terms of not underfeeding or burning under high quality lighting .

I have Flora Series and Cal Mag in hand . I will be PHing to 5.8 unless anyone has some experience to lend .

I'd just go 1:1:1 like the bottle suggest and I highly recommend a PPM/TDs meter to really dial those nutes in and I've always started with 250ppm of calmag which is like 2ml per gal I think cant remember... I use ppm now

If you haven't already rinsed your coco and soaked it in some calmag you might want to, it may save you from calcium being sucked away from your seedlings.

Yeah I'd do like the above poster suggests and use a 1:1:1 if you have all 3. For flower I don't even use the Grow and switch to a 1:2 ratio on my Micro and Bloom. It definitely helps to have an EC meter, bc if you feel the mix is too strong you can just dilute it to what you like.

I usually start things around 1 EC.

Don't toss calmag down the drain. What I do is (if it is brand new, never used) soak it for a day in some Florakleen or Cannazym or even Herculean Harvest, the point is to break down any accumulated salts from manufacturing. Rinse all that shit off. NOW soak it for another day in calmag. Just enough to cover it. Rinse again and I'm good to go.

So not everyone does this and some may disagree, but ever since I got real bad lock out on young plants when I shouldn't have, I switched to RO and rinse my coco better and no more problems, either because my method works or just incidentally. I feel better anyway :bigjoint:
