COB spacing in a 50x90cm closet?

Hi folks!

so I'm all ready to get my modular COB LED lighting going, but am a bit unsure about the spacing in my closet to get well distributed light.

I've got 4 solo sets of Growmau5' passive cooled Cree Cobs (with CXB3590 3500°K 36v CD bin) which will be run on a 50W driver each.

The closet dimensions are 90cm wide, 50cm deep and max height for the lights is 140cm (closet total 187cm).
That's 35" wide, 20" deep, light space 55", closet height 74".

I'll always be growing either 1 big plant (scrogged) or 2 smaller ones (possibly with different heights) next to each other in there.

This is the way I was thinking of placing them:

When I draw 30cm diameter circles around the COBs, I get 2 corners of the closet which are outside that range. Also, not sure about "hotspots" along the middle - I tried to imagine them by drawing 15cm diameter circles...

Does this look sane to the light-savvy eye or am I launching into tear-filled disaster with this?
Thanks tons for your thoughts!

So you're telling me that 200W of these lights still isn't enough? for clarity:dimensions are a bit under 2' x 3'
200w is on the lower end of the scale but to cover those dead spots & get max yeild go with 6 COB's.
Depends on how much yeild u want, 4 COBs should be ok tho.

well yeah, I'm kind of at my budgetary limit with 4 (for now).
I've actually built the first half now and with the ledil reflectors on, yes I get a dark corner :/

Did u build a frame with aluminium angle for COB light?
The above Layout is very good so maybe just rotate plants daily if u can.

Ah yes, I can turn the plants as long as I'm not scrogging

My construction is really crazy, er, experimental. lol
Each Cob is in a little aluminium angle "tray" along with its driver so I could hang it singly, and then 2 sets are attached to a small wood frame to ensure the proper spacing.
Here's a quick pic - I haven't cut or tucked the wires yet as I'm not sure I want to keep them this way ;)

Maybe I should just take off all that plastic shit and let the COBs shine all around...?

Thats actually a good idea, take off & keep the reflectors for a rainy day.
Nice light & thx for the pic of ur light.

Since you will have some light reflection off the nearby walls, do not worry too much about spacing. Since light keeps traveling forward until it gets reflected off of something, those "Dead spaces" will be filled with light,

I am growing in a small space (53 cm x 53cm x 1.63m) also. In pursuit of maximizing your grow space... Unless your closet is matte white that is not textured at all, better reflective material in your grow space is next.
