COB spacing for new build

I just purchased 300 more watts of COB from Timber (6 citizen ran at 50w each, 3500k). The 6 new COBs are an addditon to the current 6 Cree COBS (50w each 5000k) illuminating my veg tent which is a 55x55x7. I treat the tent as a 4x4 because the negative pressure sucks in the tent a few inches. Also, I run a perpetual grow so half of the veg tent has big plants preparing for the flower room while the other half is for solo cups and 3 gallon pots of teens. If I were to put all 12 COBs together what would be the recommended spacing? Should I build two separate lights so I can drop one light closer to the smaller plants?

2 lights or raise the smaller plants up, maybe.?

I’d like to do two frames but what size should each be? The other frame I have is too big and I plant to cut it down to be identical to this build.
