So now this woman has 'aids by association' .
I would be pissed if somebody posted my pic online saying I was a boyfriend of an aids victim.
Most people would assume you both had it, and would describe you as such when referring to you forever after that.
Stigma.

Can we all agree that this is going too far??? If you have a legal matter with the people mentioned please take it up in court or with your lawyer, this is RIU and yes it is somewhat relevant to our community, this is not the place to air out all of your problems.

May I make suggestion? This would be better for you in the long run, start a blog, you can make a free one with Google, or tumblr, redit etc etc pick one and make your blog and post all of your info about this matter on your blog, this way it is all in one place and it does not bring down the rest of us.

I want to know what you have to say, but I would rather read it off your personal blog, then here on RIU. I feel like by you posting what some consider to be slander could bring unnecessary attention to our site. I do not want to see a situation were RIU posts are being used in court to fight some case, that would be stupid.

I am making the suggestion that this thread be closed and that if you keep it up you get banned, why not make the blog, call it mmarexposed or some shit and direct us to your blog for updates on this matter, that way you have control over your information you post,.

Anyone else agree? I am interested in what she has to say, just not here.

Good idea Torontomeds...Yes close this thread and you are welcome to Wilcox and his carry on and the results thereof ...however, it is unfortunate that you good folks have taken such an offence to the messenger and failed to understand that this post was never meant to materialize as such vitriolic stream of emotional thinking but a last ditch attempt to get the Conroy-Wilcox joint-personal representative solicitor-client relationship operating as the Coalition to provide financial disclosure consistent with GAAPP and not according to Wilcox's street gang Looney Tunes rules before court action which shall certainly cause all of our individual and collective skeletons to be publicly exposed. If Wilcox and his mates did not want these photos to be published they would not have posted them on social media. The purpose of posting the notice of the demand for disclosure through social media was just an attempt to communicate with Conroy-Wilcox and their Coalition in the manner they favour; that is using social media to disclose information rather than maintain a proper membership list and issuing a newsletter to members from time to time in order to apprise them of the direction that he is taking on such historical legal and constitutional matters as the right to cultivate organically grown strain specific medicinal cannabis without discrimination. In closing, I have found you folks to be an interesting bunch and, even though I was not able to understand most of the gobble-dee-gook that was posted and that most of my information was misinterpreted and misunderstood, I have rollitup.org to be a memorable but not repeatable experience . Take care, stay inspired and remember that 'love and laughter' are still the very best medicine. BKB.,....

Posting legal paper work is one thing, posting photos that can be taken out of context is another.

Well I never said to go away, I am just asking you post this wilcox info some other place like your own personal blog, I said I am interested, I just feel that this is the wrong place for your public rant.

Its a personal vendetta, thats all it is plain and simple. This "coalition in exile" is a joke. A few people know how to do a few things within the legal system (have yet to do it) and point fingers laying blame. All the info is readily available in this thread. Rumours of her being a drunk spread around at coalition events. She feels the coalition spread these rumours but she has been relieved of her position within the coalition 3 times. Each and every time she came back to perform one of those legal tasks she knows how to do. From whats been exposed it happened like this..hire,slander,fire,drunk,hire,slander,fire,drunk,hire,fire. The coalition did her wrong so she's going to do them wrong. Tit for tat nobody really ever grows up.

i also believe her point is how the Coalition is run and it's not being run right..they're spending patient $$ on "other" things than what it was intended for...which was and is "our fight"
unfortunately the other comments have detracted from the real message.
the kidnapping charge is and was very serious but shouldn't have been brought up here. it could have happened but without evidence or proof, it won't go over...especially here.
I think we should be asking about where the money went. we should be holding them accountable.
I believe that should be the message and not the other stuff...isn't that enough?
Wilcox is a tool and we know that..doesn't take much to see that. CONroy...he is and has given us some very lame duck lawyering. if he had done a better job, folks like me would be happy to donate as long as it's for "our fight" and nothing else. if they want to help out, give us a choice to donate there ourselves. don't use "our money" for someone else's fight.
they should be accountable to the people who donated.

Nadine ...
like was mentioned earlier...you do not have to leave...
maybe best like torontomeds said to organize the whole thing without the opinions
of everyone sorta mixed in and distracting from the cause.
Thanks again

Who's on the hook for the balance owed to Conroy?
patients. he claims it's owed to him but there's no $$ and that's why he's fund raising....
i don't think he did a great job yet he wants half a million when he left half the patients to fend for themselves.
i guess he thought 50% is better than nothing...but for us left outs, we don't see CONroy as doing much. if he had the ONE more plaintiff with current paperwork that needed changes, we'd have fewer left outs. since he used Herbert/Beemish as points for expired AND to move-two fer- the judge wouldn't allow the "move addresses" because they were cut off due to expired permits and that means there was no one that needed changes. for a high profile/high priced lawyer, that was a very rookie move!

How can patients that never agreed to pay him be on the hook? Only his clients can be not the rest of us. To bad so sad.
he can't collect it because there's no one to go after...unless he says the Coalition owes it and Wilcox is the guy he takes direction from so there's a slim thread
