hey eberyone.....i got a question about c0o2 how much to disperse and how long to disperse.....i have a 25 pound tank with a psi regulator in it....with a half a turn i get about 60 psi comming out.

my question is were to diperse it i know co2 is heavey, top of the plants? how long how much a minute 2 minutes i dont wanna get lightheaded and pass out lol....also dispense when the lights r on? off? any info would be great....i figure in advandced peeps would know much more about this....
