No dont run it 24/7, you only want to use co2 when the plants stomata is fully opened and ready to feed. About 30min after lights come on introduce co2 with exhaust fan off. Ideally you want the co2 to be at 1300. Remember that carbon dioxide is heavier than air so have plenty of circulation to help spread the gas. Once room temperatures get high ( I dont know what your working with but I never let my room get over 80F) exhaust the room. I prefer working with CO2 regulators as apposed to the burner just to help keep temps down. If you buy a new regulator it will come with directions telling you how long and at what rate the gas must be turned on to reach the desired PPM within your designated space.
Remember that- Air leaks suck, high temps close the stomata, no gas when lights are off.

Tinker around with it for a while and you will get it dialed in

co2 is kind of over rated for newbs i wouldnt even try to use co2, all that co2 does is incress growth speed which for a beginner might be bad
