co2 tablets.

Hi All,

Just wondering whether anyone has used Co2 tabs in the past? Not sure if we are allowed to post links but if you google: no mercy co2 tablets., you will see what I am looking at/thinking of buying.

They say you can drop the tabs directly into your res for 4-6 hours of co2 enrichment. Just wondering how that affected the Ph/TDS of your res?

I can't really justify buying a proper co2 system at this stage.

Experiences/thoughts?

you dont want co2 in the rez. roots need oxygen, leaves need carbon dioxide

The plant needs CO2 for photosynthesis not for its leaves. Are you saying the plant can't absorb CO2 through the roots? I saw their site it looks interesting id be willing to try it

What about a bowl of water in middle of grow? Will that work?
