CO2 Supplementation in open room?

Hey folks,

Would I gain anything by setting up a small, DIY co2 supplementation system in an open room? When I say open, I mean very open. I have a huge basement that's pitch black apart from my light, perfect temperature down there, so I just set my plants up on a table, hung the light above it, and hung panda film from the ceiling to the table on the long sides of the table, leaving the two short sides of the table open for airflow. Basically, the air circulates around the entire basement, which is probably like 30x30 feet or so. The system is really simple, took me like one day to set up, and so far it's workin great. I've wanted to try co2 in the past, but is there any way to set something up in this situation that would make a noticeable difference? 'Preciate any opinions or experience.

Peace!

Thats a big room to fill with co2. I would highly doubt what you put into supplementing would pay off on your end yield as far as cost vs production goes, but you didn't say how many plants/sqft of growing space you are using. I am only assuming you are using very little of it from the sounds of your post. Now if you had that bitch lined head to toe and running like 20-30k watts, then you'd definitely benefit in the end!

Can you build a small room within a room down there and then just use the open air to cool the hoods and then you could effectively and easily set up a sealed room that way for cheap seeing how you already have the panda film? Just a thought
