go to google and type this exactly...

co2 rollitup

you should copy and paste.
the first thing that comes up is a small scale of c02 generators.
i would type it, but there's already numerous threads on this and i dont feel like being redundant tonight

c02 generators are pritty pricey, the main drawback, plus you'll need a c02 meter to regulate it which is generally really exspensive
a easier way is to get a big bottle of any kind, couple of liters at least and pour in some yeast, no exact measurments as it will be relative to the amount of foliage your trying to boost, some tepid water and some sugar, which will gently release c02 all day, alot cheaper and near enough inpossible to suffocate yourself in the process
the main down point is the smell , it will range from fresh bread at the start of the day then it descends into a strong smell of old beer, some people tell you to pour a bit off everu couple of hours and add more sugar and possibly yeast . but i prefer to empty it every day and use fresh. otherwise the smell can gag a maggot after a few days
hope that helps

enriching the air with c02 can dramatically increase plant growth throughout the entire cycle but ive heard that its most important in seedling growth and flowering. for a room that size you want to get a big 3 liter bottle, fill it up about 1.2 inches from the bottom and add about 50g of sugar approx and 4 teaspoons of dried yeast
; all the measurments are estimates.
ive personally found that planst do seem grow alot faster with c02 enrichment.
it should'nt blow up, unless you add loads of loads of yeast sugar and water and put a lid on it, but don't fill it up with that much water as it will froth up
