Co2 calculator Question

For my room it says on for 25 minutes at a flow rate of 5.
Does this mean I should have it come on for 25 minutes every hour?

Yes

You should get a co2 controller that your regulator plugs into. That way when it reaches your setpoint it shuts off the power to the regulator vs using a timer which is not going to be very accurate. Trust me I've tried.
