Sorry guys I shoulda put down more info. I run an atlas 1 from titan. Im at 1000 ft above sea level. The monitor came pre calibrated for 1000 FASL. But a couple days ago I dropped the calibration to 100 FASL and set it to 1300 PPM and the room is smelling like the plants were kicked into overdrive. Much more pungent than before. Usually a go in and can barely smell my girls. Never even have to run my carbons. Its been weird that way ever since I moved to a larger grow setting.

Im not complaining at all good fellow! The reason I asked the elevation question in the first place was because of the change in smell. Thought maybe someone could explain what the difference in elevation means to my plants. I would think the monitor would read 1300 ppm at all elevations.

*your correct, the monitor will read the same regardless :) elevation does not affect the monitoring units, double checked that for ya on the net. And the difference, regarding elevation(indoors that is) & your chicks, nada. hope that helps.

Hmmmm i'll take your word for it and proceed accordingly. However it is odd that there is an obvious change in my garden. A good change so no worries here. Thanks guys
