Yea this is good for decriminalization. And telling the Federal Gov. they got wrong and the people are s[peaking. When 1/4 of ur population likes something and it is no worse than ciggarettes or alcohol, the Gov. has no choice but to reclassify pot. Part of the problem is u get these cops who think pot is like heroin, it's not. It is a misdemeanor.

In Wa the 1 oz carry limit goes into affect dec. 3. King county has already dismissed a shit ton of possession charges under an ounce. The cops affectively already don't give two shits about it around here, so it's fine with me.

I will buy 1 ounce from the gov. so I can keep the receipt for legal assurance purposes, then I will never buy taxed dro again.

This has me wondering if they have a plan to foil attempts at replicating their packaging.
I would not put it past them to pre-grind their weed or use some form of container that will rapidly degrade. Will people have to register their genetics so it can easily be tested in a lab?.
I have a hard time believing they do not have a plan to cut down on competition.

Today was just a normal day for me. The law does not change how I will go about anything moving forward. Now I get to carry an ounce around legally. Sweet. I'm not too concerned about a DUI, I never look stoned no matter how much I smoke. Im still gonna grow my chron in WA as I have been. The Feds can't regulate shit on me since they don't know I'm growing. I'm glad this first step has been taken. Even though I voted no in Wa because it's an imperfect law, I'm still glad we passed it, as it will help pave the way of the future. And better, more fully legal rights.
