I have been searching on ebay just because I prefer their buyer protection... looks like a seller's on there with the Philips CMH... $49 shipped

He also has a pkg with a GE ballast, bulb, and mogul socket, $114 shipped. advancedtechlighting is $125 shipped without the socket!
He claims the GE ballast is better than Howard... prob all the same eh?
Anyone buy from this guy? Looks like someone bought a HPS from him recently... $114 for the whole kit and kaboodle is hard to turn away... says he has a bunch...
