Hey guys,

Finally got my parts together and wanted to show it here to make sure i am not overlooking anything. Will be building the light shortly. Planning to use 2 * 3000k and 2* 4000k in a H shaped frame.

Wil be placed in a 90* 90 * 180 cm space. Want to run them close to the max of the driver at 2,1 amp. Want to space the cobs 50 cm apart. Also got a potentiometer to dim. Hope you guys have some feedback for me.

Cheers

Just completed my first build of a veg and flower light couple wks ago. Veg light=12 clu 048 1212 6500k 3 hlg 185-1400b drivers flower light= 20 cxb 3590 3000k 90cri 5 hlg 240-1750b drivers. That shit was difficult and I'm an electrician. Lots of little tedious work with those damn 6×36 aluminum heatsinks. Took forever but now I have a masterpiece! I also made a new 30 site aeroponic cloner. It's working like a charm. Already got roots and bumps after 7 days.

Yeah, this was about the max. Can always dim when needed. Light will be used for veg and early flower. Couldnt figure out what efficiency i would get when i run this flat out, anybody got some estimate?

So today i have been building on the light and it is shaping up nicely. Only one concern at the moment when i wired all the fans up in parallel 1 of the fans didn't move. I checked it with multimeter and it does have a complete circuit. Could it be that my driver is not strong enough to power all 4 of the fans? Driver is 12v at 800mA. The fans are Artic 11 plus.

For the base of the frame i am using an old ladder of a bunk bed. Using a old pc power supply casing as junction box. Is it possible to use the on/off switch and intergrate this in the circuit? See pic for details.
