Closet Grow Venting

I plan on buying a purchasing a 4x2x5 tent for a one plant DWC project. I have a 400w MH and 600w HPS for my light source. My setup will go in a walk-in closet. The closet has an a/c vent and the temp is about 60-62f and 60-62rh. How will I vent out the hot air from the tent without having issues?

for reference this is the tent

and I will be using this fan for cooling my light.

any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

Definitely gonna want to vent it outside. I'm in a bathroom with LED and the temp in there gets up to low 80's in the winter. It has reached 94 or so in the summer. I will be adding a "dryer" vent when these plants are done.

Yep, hole saw time..

I'm not sure you can use that aerosesh fan without the aero controller, I'll have to double check mine to be sure tho.

On a different note, I'm about to tear down that whole vivosun smart setup and throw it up on ebay or something. Aerosesh fan, controller, 2 aerolights and wiring. Will let it go on the cheap :)

Cut holes where? I live in an apartment.

I’m actually using the closet as a closet. The tent is going to be in the closet amongst my other belongings. How can I vent outside in a closet? The closet is in the bathroom, no windows.

Still gonna get hot AF in there with that light.. Even with LED you're gonna need air exchange somehow.. This is ghetto but something like this might work for your situation. I'd leave that bathroom door cracked at the very least.. Good luck!

Bathroom and closet have an ac vent in the ceiling. Bathroom has an exhaust fan but it’s about 30 feet away from where I will have the rent and it’s on the wall.

damn I would have posted first before buying that light.

So a 320w LED would cure any heat issues? and is that something I can use from seed to flower?
Well regarding the heat, I don't exactly know, but it will be better than a 600w HPS.

And it's great that you've got some circulation via the ceiling AC vent. You may get by with just a really good 6" exhaust fan and a dehumidifyer (especially for flowering)! I think if you train the plants down you can make it work even in a short 5 foot tent. Good luck!

Just run the exhaust ducting to the opposite corner of the room, or into another room if possible. You can use this stuff to hang it from the ceiling of the room.
