Closet grow, light hood placement question

So i moved from a tent to my closet. Kinda the standard closet with sliding doors prolly like 5-6 wide and 2 feet or so deep. Im in an Apartment. So i was curious where the better place would be to put the light. It is a Radiant 6 hydrofarm hood with a 400w hps in it. fits perfect inside. Just curious as to where the best place would be to put the light. In the middle? the left or right side? There is actually a sliding glass door right next to my closet on the left so that kinda tells me to put it closer to that side. I dont use an inline fan to cool it yet so i use a small 9" fan that points into the light keeping me around 80. With the sliding door cracked it can drop to 70. So would it be best to keep the light closer to the door or in the middle of the closet or the far side for a reason i havent came across yet? thanks! i only do 3-4 plants in 2gallon pots.

I would put in the middle to distibute the light evenly, but if u put it to the left u could cock one side up so the lamp was kinda at a angle pointing down, pics would help
