closed loop problems or purge problem

Hi yall. Im pretty new to rollitup. i havent really posted much but i have been lurking around and learning alot from everybody. I am hoping maybe somebody could help me out with some problems ive been having with my closed loop extracts.
I am runnimg a 1lb passive closed loop system from bestvaluevacs. I have been running it for about 6 months now maybe 8 runs a month and have been havig great success with it at about 14-16% returns. I only have been making crumble/honeycomb as thats what my patients want. I usually always run the same strain, but the material comes from a few different growers.
my problem is lately my yields have been around 9% and the extract comes out more viscous/liquidy and doesnt want to crumble well.l, even after whipping it. the top looks as if itll crumble but the bottom, touching the pyrex, is still sticky. my purging process is as follows; remove from extractor, with a spatula, and put into pyrex dish sitting on a hot plate set at about 130°f. I whip it after all material is in dish, then let it sit and warm up for 5 or so mins then whip again. Then continue doing that until edges budder up or when the bubbles start popping and stays "dry" at bottom. Then all will crumble. I usually whip 2-4 times depending on material. It is completely finished purging and dry within 1- 2 hours and i can put it in my container after that.
Extraction process is as follows, freeze 5 lbs butane, in a 30lb lp tank, in chest freezer until i need it. Then pack dry room temp. trim, from a trimmer machine, into column. Then pull a vacuum on the system, sitting in an ice bath, and run the tane through. After done pull a vacuum on tank in ice bath and put extractor in 110°f water bath and start recovery. Then crack it open and start purge.
I even emptied butane and refilled it, i do not freeze material, or run it through a dehydrator, and i do not predistill the butane, which i source from bestvaluevacs in 30lb tanks but i recently switched from ecogreen.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. This has been a huge headache. any other questions you need to know just ask. Thanks everyone!

Ps sorry for the long post. picture is of recent run. The dark stuff is a chunk flipped over and shows the sticky bottom.

So you bought a closed loop system but not a vac chamber or vac oven? You only have half the right set up.

I have a vac chamber but i dont use it. i personally dont have a market for shatter. So i only need crumble and my purging process has worked great for me. Ive done a residual solvents test and it came out near perfect. Ill look for the test results and post them.
The thing is that it has been working flawlessy for months. And now something has changed. At one point i got water in my lp holding tank and did a dry run through, thinking i would get all the water out. But what i am thinking the problem is that water is still in my solvent messing with the polarity of it. It probably rusted my holding tank amd moisture is still left in the tank. Anybody have experience with that happening to them?
