Cloning Machines

I'm just getting into cloning and i'm wondering whats the difference between the super high end machines and home made cheap operations. Would it be stupid to purchase something like this? Is it that much better/ easier or just paying for slick design?

Build your own, you can customize it to your needs.no need to buy one.

The difference is, with your DIY version, you'll more than likely have better clones and a full wallet. Most store bought cloners are crap.

Interesting, looks like it need to look into building my own

A small submersible pump, some 1/2 PVC pipe, 6 to 12 sprayer nozzles, an air pump and stone, the container of your choice, and some 2 in neoprene collars. And your in business, less than $50 and will rival any store bought.

I even saw a simple DWC cloner, there's a tutorial here on RIU somewhere.
