clones not rooting

about a week ago i cut down my plants due to root aphids. almost have had my clones under a 18/6 light cycle for about a week now and still not rooting, only one out of all fifty little cubes is starting to yellow on the lowest cut fan leaf. not sure would i could be doing wrong but theyre in the little brown cubes very moist inside the dome and pretty much all of them look very healthy with obvious growth still happening pretty much just no rooting

Aphids will find new cuts too. You prob have some other issue as well imo. Usually cuts not rooting equates a problem. Nitrogen can cause issues rooting too.

It can take up to 2 weeks for clones to root depending on many factors including strain but after 2 weeks if they haven’t rooted probably won’t. Taking clones off of sick plants isn’t ideal the healthier the plants the healthier the clones. Were you spraying your girls with anything for the aphids spraying with pesticides before cloning can be bad

no i chopped as soon as i saw them in the roots didnt bother fighting the infestation. over all the plants were extremely healthy and heavy daily growth
