Hey lads Im having real hard time doing clones just got my self x-strwam aeroponic and Im finding hard to do clones as I tryed with just water and loaded not much coning out, its been a week but no roots,
Should I use just normal water 6,0ph or should I add any of these as

Clonex Formulex
Biobizz roots
Canna Ryzhotonic
?

help me out whats best be,
Also my ph raises overtime from 6.0 to 7.1 in few days should I lower it or just change water in tank?

Thanks

Straight water. Nothing else. Do as @waterproof808 recommends and be patient.

At the moment I got
5ml/L Clonex Formule
1ml/l biobizz roots in reservoir and cloning gel to dip clones

Ph 6,0 but raises
T5 for a light, temp 26-28C humidity 85-99%
opening dome once a day, runs for 15mins stops for 15mins

thinking now I should change my reservoir to plain water with 6.2ph

if your water temp is 28c, thats too high. Do not use biobizz or cloning gel in an aero cloner, you want your setup as sterile as possible.

Just checked water temp 27 and 28 inside dome what would be ideal? Also seen 1 clone started rooting but out of 20 and not the one I waned :D
so Im gn cut more clones but just to make sure I should use just plain water with lets day 6.3ph? And prob drop temps a bit I suppose,

thanks man really struggling with this new machine :)

personally i've never had much luck with aero cloners, but some people love them. it always took longer for me tho.
also some strains just root slowly, i've had some root in a week, some took 3-4 weeks.
fwiw, i've used all the CloneX and other supplements, had just as good luck if not better with aloe powder.

if it's only been a week, wait another week and see where you're at

These issues I see people experience with those cloners is why I haven’t even used mine. Went with root riots and had great success.

Is your water pump on a timer? Doing 5 minutes on/15off will drop your water temperature a decent amount. Some people do 5 on/30 off.

I dont use an aero cloner anymore, but I typically get roots in 10 days with a clone dome, generic rooting powder, and any kind of clone plugs. If it's only been 7 days since you put them in your cloner, just wait a few more days and try to get your water temps lower. If you put any kind of organics like biobizz in your water, you might want to do a water change.

A week without roots is nothing to worry about.

Do you need the dome?? Certainly don't want 99% humidity.
I don't use any dome ever now I clone in just perlite but when I used to in just coco and a propagator I took the dome off a few times a day and then left it open after a few days, then removed it, it's only there to keep humidity up so they don't wilt, my clones never blink never mind wilt so I don't think you'd need a dome with aeroponics .

Sounds too warm
I keep mine under 80 f
I also never use a dome
The nicest part of a aerocloner is no need to harden off or work them back from the dome humidity

Same set up with an added aquarium water chiller which drops my 7 gallons down about 3 degrees to 70. 15 on/15 off. Clonex gel and liquid at two cap fulls per change and a cap when the ppm drops below 400. Your correct ph raises over time. I've tried adjusting ph but the clones dont react well. Better to change the water and another couple caps of liquid. Wipe down res after each water change. You'll have roots after 10 days or so depending on strain.
