Clones and soil

Hey guys , Iv done a few clones before with average success , but need to start getting ssome consistency and want my plants to grow as fast as they can!
My question is when I root clones in rockwool after 1-2 weeks can I plant them strait in to my organic mix which is well composted manures , blood bone , ash, mushroom compost, lime and perlite. Or is this to hot for freshly rooted clones?

i just put 8 rooted NL13 clones removed from my cloner machine (2" root ball) into pots with FFOF/perlite/dolomite lime and under 18/6 600w lights. been 2 days and they are taking it very nciely. no other nutes, than whats in the soil. the cuttings were in cloner for 8 days.
