Could be just dust or something worse... Clean it down with a H2O2 / hydrogen peroxide solution to be on the safe side...?

That looks like the start of mould or somat on the walls I could be wrong
Is their stale humid air in the room?
Like no extraction?

Hey guys can anyone tell me what's going on with my room? There is this weird dirt/dust on my panda film. And my clones are having a hard time. Using canna coco nutrients. 250w CFL at the moment.
If that is the start of mold you have to clean it now, it's not only harmful to your plants but that crap can screw you up too. Good luck

Friends are telling me it's from burning candles in the house. Which we do. And what about the clones?

The film can develop a static charge and attract dust and particulates. It's probably harmless but clean it anyway.
Your clones look like they weren't hardened off properly during the dome to soil transition. Give them a light feeding and let the soil dry out. It'll take awhile but they should come back.

Candles will do that the soot gets everywhere, clones will be fine, just mist them with some clean water then clean it all down..

Static on plastic picks up EVERYTHING! Did you mix your planting medium or plant them in those cups close by? See where I'm going with this. Happened to me once! Once! Lol
