Clone Troubles

I have some white rhino clones that have were taken 7 days ago using, rockwool, clonex and wilt spray. they are under a hydrofarm 125 watt cfl about 6 inches from dome. I have misted them once a day with superthrive water and they look beautiful until I take the dome off, within minutes they start shriveling and wilting severly???

Okay now they have been in "clone" for 21 days. I tried adding some nutes but think my meter was off and numbers were off and burned them. I flushed them with plain water for 3 days. Some of them have small roots coming out but most do not. All tops look good and they have resistence if I tug on them but no roots out of rockwool. I won't use rockwool again, I took my last clones with Rapid Rooter plugs last clones took less than ten days to root. Any ideas?
