Clone straight to flowering?

I recently read about a new cloning method that I would like to try in HT magazine. It suggests taking a cutting and leaving about 8-10 inches of stem, then burying the majority of the stem in the soil. The stem should suck up water / nutrients and no need for a humidity dome. When roots grow, transplant and ta-da!

I want to take a bunch of cuttings using this method and stick them right into the flowering room. I don't have room for my humidity dome in the veg chamber anymore (running 5 mothers). What would happen to the cutting? Would it die from shock or just take a much longer time to flower due to the recovery period? I have room in my flower chamber and I'd like to keep it full at all times. So if I could move cuttings directly into flower that would totally rock. I am going to try this tonight but figured I'd get some input first.

Any advice ?

as soon as they are rooted you can flower them. Im not too sure if they will root well on a 12/12 schedule though i havent tried to give you an experienced answer

clones will root under 12/12... but that doesn't mean this is going to work out that well

typically they do better under 18/6 - 24/0 and i wouldn't hope for a 100% success rate on the clones

you will shock them and they probally would die, if not they will root slowly giving you really sad looking plants root first.

It does work, not as well as Id hoped. I stopped doing that method after my first few runs. They seem to like rooting and a week or 2 of Vegging before flowering.
