clone roots aren't growing plus discolored or dry leaves.

This clone has been rooted for about 12- 13 days, once roots grew they pretty much stayed about an inch and a half long. Then 3 days ago i transplanted it to a dwc bucket, it has shown no root progress does it take a while before they kick off? Plus the leaves look like they may be drying up or something I'm not sure any help?

BTW: 10 days in the cloner, 3 days in the dwc bucket.strawberry diesel/ppm's:720 ro water/pH: 5.6 -6.0/temp 80deg water temp 75deg/ 18/6 veg. Pics aren't the best but I'm definitely trying.
