Let me explain the situation alittle I have bought an outdoor mix of feminized seeds. I get 3 of each strain. I start my seeds/plants in an inside grow room on april 1st and put outside on june 1st thas 8 weeks and I would like to take clones from them 2 weeks before I place them outside. My questions are, is a plant that is 6 weeks old to young to take clones from? Would the clones that are 2 weeks old be rooted and healthy enough to be put outside with the mother plants on june 1st? Would the clones flower around the same time as the mothers?

why cant you clone it if it is showing pre-flowers? This is how you tell the sex of a plant to know to clone or not.

Yiu can take it for sure, take it as soon has you have enough nodes, they dont have to be big, i clone the tops off 9" plants, and you can clone if it has preflowers, dont know where that came from, you can clone while flowering, you can basically clone whenever you want to as long as you know how to clone.
