Sounds like you're over watering, if you potted them into larger pots too soon, they many not have enough root growth, or they just may be slow growing roots. At any rate, sounds like the soil is staying too wet. But without photos, its just a shot in the dark.

Details are key for getting quick, good answers. Not trying to be a dick, but the more details you provide, the easier it is to diagnose. I.E. I'm growing _______ in _________ in week _______ of (flower/bloom). I took clones at week ___. So on and so forth. Just a hint.

Also, in order to speed things up a little.....

.....I fed(if unfed, state water PH, and frequency, then skip to next question ) them ____, at ____ strength, PH'd to ____, every ____ days, for the past ____ weeks/days.

ok, there the medium pods i put my cuttings in.....
9 days after in pods they show roots coming out the sides, then i put them in cups with shultz potting soil.
2 weeks after they are in cups they have roots all circling around the bottom of the cup so i put them in bigger pots filled with shultz potting soil..
since then they have been growing great on 24hr lighting,, they all a sudden some leaves started to curl

all 3 clones were damages or broken branches off plants that were just starting to bud outdoors, and they all started around 4 inches tall,,,and now 2 are 8inches, and the other is 1ft tall today...seem to be doing good besides the curling odd leaf...

im hoping to grow them up and cut clones off of these for next years crop..
